Returns

If you wish to return an item that is not personalised, please contact us within 14 days at help@bauxandbone.com, and we will advise how to return this. All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags and original packaging. Return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Please use a tracked service and let us know the tracking number once posted.

We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 14 days of you posting the return.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for items that are personalised or customised for you, unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty item please contact us and we will resolve this for you.
